As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in providing immediate care to patients with acute conditions, trauma, or injuries. This position demands a high level of resilience, proficiency in clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly stressful environment. Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations with acute conditions, trauma, or injuries. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Liaise with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure the best patient outcomes. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient rehabilitation and recovery. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred: Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
