Job Description:
Stellar Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered
Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a leader in providing senior
living services, we pride ourselves on creating an environment

state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, the successful candidate
will manage patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals
to optimize patient plans, and contribute to the warmth and
confidence within our community settings. This position offers the
opportunity to work closely with seniors in various capacities
within our independent living, assisted living, and memory care
facilities, facilitating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
Assess residents' health conditions and contribute to their
individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs regularly,
and report any significant changes to the case manager or
physician. Educate patients and families on illness prevention and
lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate and confidential medical
records. Participate in the development of health care programs and
assist in staff training. Provide emotional support to patients and
their families, fostering a holistic approach to healing. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Proficient in managing
multiple patient care requirements Able to make decisions in
high-pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR and First Aid
certification, BLS for Healthcare Providers recommended
