Ultrasound Tech Location: Grand Junction, CO Agency: Acruex
Health Pay: $38 to $44 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x
8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Permanent (Full Time)
Pay Rate: $38.00 to $43.70/Hourly. Summary: We are looking for a
compassionate and skilled ultrasound technician to be responsible
for operating sonographic scanners to capture images of patients'
internal organs and expectant mothers' developing fetuses. The
ultrasound technician may specialize or work in a broad array of
specialties including obstetric and gynecological ultrasounds, and
neurological, breast, heart, or abdominal sonography.
Responsibilities: Responsible for making sure all equipment
necessary is on and operational prior to performing patient
procedures. Responsible for cleaning and stocking rooms after every
exam. Responsible for cleaning all equipment after every use
(scanner, table, counters, operators console, workstations,
injectors, wheelchairs, etc.). Responsible for communicating
results of US exams to referring physicians as directed by
providers. Responsible for all follow-up associated with STAT, call
results and patients waiting for results. Requirements
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent at least 2 years of
related experience, BLS Certification, ARDMS. Benefits Benefits:
