Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the position
of Registered Respiratory Therapist. Become a key player in a
leading Utah-based not-for-profit health system known for
pioneering high-quality patient care and advanced medical
treatments. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a
team that is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through
innovative respiratory care at our various hospitals and clinics.
Assess and monitor patient respiratory conditions via diagnostic
tests and discussions with healthcare teams. Develop and implement
respiratory care plans and provide therapies like aerosol
medications, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy. Educate
patients and their families on lung health and treatments ensuring
high-level patient care and safety standards are maintained.
Maintain accurate records of patient therapy, condition, and
progress. Participate in clinical rounds with healthcare
professionals to provide expert care and treatment plans. Respond
to emergency cases requiring respiratory care interventions.
Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to stay
current with technology and clinical practices in respiratory care.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Ability to handle and

required Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National
