Job Description & RequirementsPhysical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00 - 2100.00Graduation from a Physical Therapy education program approved by one of the following; Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), successor organizations of CAPTE, education program outside of the US determined to be substantially equivalent to PT entry level education in the US by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Passed an examination approved by the state of Colorado.
