solutions • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to
support repeat business and referrals • Maintain strong product,
inventory, and promotion knowledge to support confident and

conversion of leads into completed vehicle sales • CSI scores •
Accuracy and completeness of deal documentation and required
paperwork • Regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers
