Sales Manager Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunity? Here's an opportunity for you to share your strengths of managing, coaching, and keeping people accountable to their goals. We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the growth of our Residential Brokerage Division. This will be accomplished by increasing the productivity of our present brokers and by recruiting additional brokers to our team. Responsibilities include: Training: Develop and coordinate training opportunities to give our sales professionals the knowledge and guidance they need to succeed Coaching: Develop and establish accountable career development goals with each of our sales professionals Recruiting: Establish goals for recruiting new residential sales professionals to our team Leadership: Plan for and conduct weekly sales meetings, attend special industry events, conferences and classes for career development Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher 5 years of experience in sales environment with emphasis on residential real estate sales or sales management Highly motivated and strong desire to succeed Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Compensation and Benefits: $70,000 bonuses Health insurance 401(k) match Leadership development History of Company: Over 70 years ago, Bray Real Estate was founded on a handshake and a promise.
