Job Description:

Provide Peer coaching and support services to clients involved in Mobile Crisis Services. Support clients in attaining their goals set at each meeting intervention. -Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Outgoing personality comfortable with starting conversations to unknown individuals
- Comfort in engaging people in difficult venues and discussing uncomfortable topics.
  - Excellent communication and computer skills.
    - Willingness to obtain COPA credential for Peer RecoveryOther Requirements:
      - Occasional travel (San Miguel County)
        
        The position is a rotating 24/7 shift in the office and in the community
        
        Demonstrated ability to constructively work with persons in crisis situations
        
        Bilingual is strongly preferred
