Do you want to help make a difference in people's lives?We are looking for full-time, part-time, and variable Resident Care Specialists at our Life Adjustment Program (LAP). This position is responsible for assisting, supporting and caring for adults with traumatic brain injuries living at the LAP campus.The hiring wage range for this position is $18 - $18.90 per hour.You will make more since we pay more to our fabulous staff working overnights and weekends, too! We offera $1.50 overnight differential for the hours between 12AM - 6AM as well as an additional $1.50 per hour for any shifts on the weekends, between the hours of 6PM on Friday through 6AM on Monday!At least one weekend shift is required for all of our schedules, so you can enjoy that additional income.
