International Inside Sales Specialist for DT Swiss (Grand Junction, CO)

Communicate and coordinate regarding project status with client bicycle manufacturing and brand companies. Identify the optimal usage of project resources to ensure timely completion of products. Leverage in-depth knowledge of DT Swiss design, engineering, and production process to continuously keep client manufacturers and brands aware of progress of project and additional steps necessary before completion. Maintain and ensure compliance with specific client requirements for preserving intellectual property security and ensuring implementation of client requirements. Manage internal coordination and communications within DT Swiss family of companies (located in Taiwan, Poland, Germany, France, USA) on project status of clients internationally. Utilize customized DT Swiss SAP business information system to track status and communicate effectively with internal production partners. Maintain knowledge of technical specifications for DT Swiss products, as well as design, engineering, and manufacturing processes. Provide product expertise and guidance to effectively move design, engineering and production on schedule. Review and resolve conflicts pertaining to third-party companies (assembly facilities) that manufacture bicycles for bike brand clients with DT Swiss parts, including catalog and custom engineered products. Provide expert consultation to assembly facilities and internal manufacturing sites to facilitate proper coordination. Use knowledge of internal processes and external client requirements to identify and resolve issues that would hold up production and undermine efficient delivery of product to third-party assembly facilities. Work directly with DT Swiss Sales Management on strategies and solutions for clients and specific orders. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on International Sales coordination topics. Use knowledge of local and international production processes and engineering methods and timelines to focus sales efforts on appropriate expansion opportunities. Identify client needs based on knowledge of available products and customization potential and effectively communicate solutions to clients.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Economics, International Business, or related field and 5 years progressive, post-bachelors experience as an International Inside Sales Specialist or related, which must include some experience with: Customized main-frame SAP Programs (CRM/Sale Cloud, Forecast & Material Planning Module [GIB], Pricing & Third-Party Rebate Systems); Custom Technical and Engineering Data Programs (DMS, Decal Configurator, Custom Product Program to facilitate custom manufacturing); DT Swiss Products and Customization modules and options (EDI to release Purchase Orders, process confirmations, and process invoices, WEBshop Module to facilitate client access to parts, technical drawings, and product availability); Global integration of manufacturing sites; and in-depth knowledge of various supply chains in Asia and Europe.
