General PurposeAlpine Bank Wealth Management is seeking an individual to join the investments team as a full time Investment Associate II. This individual will assist the Investments group by providing general support, analysis and research. The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail, be able to work autonomously, implement and enforce procedural controls, and be able to communicate and cooperate well with a team in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Provide general administrative support to Investment personnel.Meet trading, reporting, department deadlines.Assist in development, analysis, and implementation of processes to better assist the team.Work closely with the Investments and Operations group to reconcile supporting documentation.Perform analysis on a variety of reports provided by the system and within Excel.Support Investment personnel in meetings and committees.Other Duties/ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job.Job QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:Ability to share technical expertise with team members.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and works well under pressure, and meets deadlines.Skill in obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision.Understanding how to identify problems and willingness to make recommendations to address them.Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Ability to work independently and autonomously.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be coachable and eager to learn.Education or Formal Training:High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent required.Associates or Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is desired.Successful completion of the CFA Investment Foundations Program is required within the first six months of employment.Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Drivers' License, required.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year to year basis.Experience:Previous experience in wealth management preferred.Working ConditionsWorking Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations on a regular basis is necessary.Physical Activities:These are representative of those which must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
