Hc Software, Inc is seeking a skilled and accomplished Software Developer proficient in Vue JS and Laravel, who will also lead and supervise a team of developers. The successful candidate must have a zeal for coding and be able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams, inspiring them to deliver exceptional software products. This position involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, as well as managing and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities for this role include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications; leading and managing a team of developers; providing technical leadership and guidance to team members; collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize development tasks; participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are followed; troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise during development or in production; implementing agile development methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity; staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommending improvements to our technology stack; and developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications using Vue JS and Laravel.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in software development using Vue JS and Laravel, possess knowledge of database design and SQL, have experience with source control management tools such as Git, be familiar with agile development methodologies and project management, have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
