seeking a Field Service Manager to support the maintenance of
security equipment for the Department of Homeland Security
Transportation Security Administration (DHS - TSA). This position
is a remote position but will require travel to the following

Airport (MSO)The Field Service Technician Manager will be
responsible for parts logistics, administration, maintenance of
security equipment and managing staff within a specific region.
Work involves most of the following:
- Manage operation and maintenance, site support services,
shipping receiving, stock, security, safety and environmental
management of Government and Company property.
- Provide leadership to staff within the designated region.
- Prepare Government reports as required.
- Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or
requested.
- Travel will be reimbursed at the government per-diem
rates.ResponsibilitiesHiring, developing, and managing the
performance of staff.Manage work schedule and staff
assignments.Communicate with airport personnel.Prepare reports.Work
at airport locations.Work on call, which includes airport off
hours, nights and weekends.Key Qualifications
- Associate degree with 7 years of experience managing a large
field of service staff; or an equivalent combination of education
and or experience in a related field.
- Understand hardware and software .
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a
multi-faceted team, including federal clients and vendors.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- May be required to climb inside equipment, climb ladders, bend
over, squat, and work in tight spaces or areas which are not
environmentally controlled.
- Ability to travel to client sites, up to 25%.
- Successful completion of training after hire to receive OEM
certifications or equivalent.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain a Secret Clearance and
DHS Suitability.
- Must be sole U.S. Citizen.Preferred QualificationsExperience
