Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Grand Junction, CO (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $60– $71/hour Key Responsibilities: Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety. Prepare, compound, and dispense medications (oral, IV, topical, enteral). Monitor therapy outcomes and collaborate with providers on adjustments. Educate and counsel patients and staff on medication use. Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain inventory, oversee storage, and manage recalls/shortages. Support quality initiatives and serve as Acting Pharmacy Director as needed. Comply with all USP standards and hospital policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) 1 year experience (or equivalent). Active Colorado Pharmacist license (unrestricted). BLS & ALS certification required. Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO before start.
