Job Description The Customer Service Associate is the direct point of contact for our current customers and potential new leads. Each Customer Service Associate will be assigned a designated territory and ensure each customer within the territory is enlightened with information and promotional offerings directly related to them and to make sure all questions are answered correctly. Our Customer Service Associates work within a team and share the same goals and standards on a day to day basis. Each Customer Service Associate has the opportunity to move up from their role into a more management focused position if all basic requirements are met throughout the course of training. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: ---Approach each territory assigned with the willingness to appease current customers and potential new leads ---Study various territories and demographics to assure the promotional product offerings are fitting for potential new customers ---Provide your team with support and motivation to help accomplish personal, team, and company goals ---Attend meetings regularly as well as national conferences and company business trips ---Check in at the end of each day with complete sales tracker to your assigned Sales Manager Customer Service Associate Requirements: ---Customer Service and/ or management experience with proven leadership abilities will be an asset to our team ---Associates and/or Bachelors degree within a relative field ---Have flexibility within your schedule and work some nights and weekends ---Excellent verbal and written communication skills Company Description We are an independent marketing firm servicing a variety of Fortune 100 clients.
