Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the position
of Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
(CVICU). At Intermountain Healthcare, we are committed to

outcomes of our community. Provide direct and specialized care for
patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatments based on patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians, and other medical professionals to
form long-term care plans. Administer medications and maintain
records of the patients' treatment. Educate patients and their
families on disease management, treatment plan modifications, and
post-discharge care. Participate in research activities and
contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Comprehensive knowledge of critical care, cardiovascular diseases,
and intensive care protocols. Proficient in using advanced medical
equipment within a CVICU setting. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse licensure in
the state of Utah or ability to obtain it before employment.
BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
