Physical Therapist Location: Grand Junction, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,290 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/29/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: - Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) License: Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure required Certifications: BLS - American Heart Association required Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required Description: Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance to perform work on-site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications is necessary. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills are essential. Highly organized and analytical skills are required. Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. A team player who can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is primarily required, with some opportunity for acute care in different departments. One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.
