Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: One (1) year related
experience, preferably in a clinic setting License: Current/valid
state Occupational Therapist licensure required Certifications: BLS
- American Heart Association required Must-Have: Bachelor's degree
in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school required
Description: Provides assessment, treatment, and education in the
areas of independent living, community reintegration, functional
cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual
activities, and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning
mechanics. Evaluates patients, schedules, and establishes
appropriate treatment goals, along with anticipated outcomes.
Delivers skilled physical assessments and treatments effectively.
Delegates and supervises effectively within scope of authority to
students, assistants, and technicians. Reassesses patient progress,
revises treatment plans, and modifies goals when appropriate.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of the organization and abides
by service behavior standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
