The salary is calculated on years of experience and can range from $125,000 - $193,000. Q3 call pay is 12.5% on top of your base pay plus time and a half call back activation pay. In addition, you will receive up to $3,500 annually to take CME plus an additional 40 hours of time over PTO. This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and $7,500 in relocation assistance, when applicable. As an Advanced Practice Provider in cardiothoracic (CT) surgery you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. Your schedule will be Mon-Fri working 4, 10's with paid 1:3 call for nights and weekends Q3 call requirement includes rounding on weekends during call and being first call for the nursing floor You will practice at our CT Surgery Clinic and St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO You will be working with 3 CT surgeons, 2 surgical APPs, 1 non-surgical APP and a first assist to support in the OR Assist surgeons in performing procedures during surgery Perform Radial Artery and Saphenous vein harvesting Discharge Same Day or PACU patients Daily team rounding Clinic responsibilities include new H&P and surgical follow ups How we'll support you: We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. What you’ll bring: PA or NP degree from a fully accredited program At least 1-2 years of experience as a First Assist PA or NP required – NO NEW GRADS 1 year experience in CT with proven independence in EVH Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one BLS certification and DEA Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
