care to diverse patient populations and support our mission to

requires a keen attention to detail, exceptional nursing skills,
and a passion for patient wellness. Assess, plan, and implement
comprehensive patient care through effective collaboration with
healthcare team members. Monitor patient conditions and update care
plans accordingly. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Provide education and support to patients and their
families regarding medical processes and treatment plans. Document
patient care services by charting in patient and department
records. Ensure operation of medical and administrative equipment
by verifying emergency equipment availability; following
manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions;
maintaining equipment inventories. Proficiency in Med-Surg patient
care and management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. Experience
with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred.
