Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Grand Junction, CO Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,260 to $1,440 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/Hourly. Summary: A Surgical Technologist prepares the operating room, arranges equipment, and assists surgeons during operations to ensure procedures are performed safely and efficiently. They maintain sterile conditions and handle surgical instruments before, during, and after surgery. Responsibilities: Prepare for surgical procedures by assisting surgeon’s needs and collaborating with surgery staff. Inspect supplies, equipment, and instruments pulled for surgery procedures. Label medications on sterile field. Prepare patient’s surgical suite for needed supplies. Assist in room turnover, including cleanup of supplies, instruments, and equipment returns. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Certification as a surgical technician preferred, Minimum Experience: One (1) year of related experience.
