In this role, you will provide critical care to patients suffering from neurological and trauma conditions, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of medical attention. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients suffering from neurological injuries and trauma. Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on condition management and prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in research and continuous education to stay abreast of advancements in neuro trauma care. Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
