Job Description Job Description Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and support administrative functions related to women’s health services. The role involves ensuring high-quality imaging, maintaining equipment readiness, and delivering compassionate patient care while following established clinical protocols. This position offers a structured outpatient schedule with no night or weekend shifts. Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM No nights or weekends Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols. Ensure all imaging equipment is operational and prepared before patient procedures. Clean and stock exam rooms and sanitize imaging equipment after each patient use. Accurately transfer patient images, exam documentation, and relevant data to designated radiology systems. Communicate exam results to referring providers as directed. Coordinate follow-up for urgent or STAT results and assist patients awaiting results. Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to safety and infection control guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two years of related ultrasound experience preferred. Registered with ARDMS (General, OB, or Vascular specialty). Current BLS/CPR certification required. Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
