Clinical Scope Our practices are built for doctors who want to do advanced dentistry every day: Full-arch fixed rehabilitation (All-on-X / All-on-4) Implant overdentures Single implant placement and restoration Bone and soft-tissue grafting Our model includes: In-house lab technicians Dental assistant–driven restorative workflows A heavily surgical procedure mix designed for efficiency and outcomes Compensation Equity First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production with the ability to earn over $700,000 annually. After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees Earned master-level DSO equity — no buy-in, no debt This is not a short-term production role.
