in Moab, Utah, 84532! Job Opportunity – Hospice Registered Nurse –
Utah Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Moab, Utah
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Full-time position with on-call rotation 1-3 shifts per week,
including 3 weekends during 13-week contract; ability to respond
within 45 minutes when on call required Highlights: Provide
compassionate end-of-life care as part of an interdisciplinary
hospice team Home-based patient care with mileage reimbursement at
$0.70 per mile 13-week contract in a breathtaking location
surrounded by national parks and red rock landscapes Electronic
Medical Record experience with Hospicesoft/Careficient preferred
Collaborative work environment with physicians, social workers,
chaplains, and volunteers Level 4 Trauma facility support
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah or
compact state RN license Minimum 3 years of nursing experience,
preferably in hospice, home health, or palliative care Current BLS
Certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
for home visits Strong clinical assessment and symptom management
skills Ability to work holidays and participate in on-call rotation
Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background
