This contract opportunity involves utilizing your expertise in radiologic technology to deliver high-quality imaging that supports accurate diagnosis and patient care. The role requires a detail-oriented professional skilled in operating X-Ray imaging equipment and adhering closely to physician orders and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic X-Ray procedures safely and efficiently. Operate and maintain all radiology imaging equipment. Educate, position, and immobilize patients to achieve optimal imaging results. Coordinate imaging exams to maintain quality and timely patient care. Submit images and clinical information to Radiologists for interpretation. Evaluate image quality and make necessary adjustments. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare team members, and leadership. Utilize and manage departmental supplies responsibly. Practice sterile techniques and infection control measures. Administer contrast agents following Radiologist protocols. Implement radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff. Supervise and evaluate Student Radiographers in clinical settings. Desired Qualifications: Certification and licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. Proficiency in diagnostic radiology procedures and imaging technology.
