provides short-term care in a home-like setting where friends and
family can be present during the most difficult times. Nurses focus
on intensive medical end-of-life care for patients who can no
longer be at home but would rather not be hospitalized. Our
approach to care includes comprehensive physical, emotional,
social, and spiritual support.The FCC offers this full-time role of
3-12hr shifts on night shift (7pm-7am) - with an on-call
requirement of 2 shifts/month. Who Should Apply? RN s with a
minimum of 2 years acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU,
ER or other acute care health setting experience (hospice
preferred) RN s with strong communication skills and a desire to
work in a team environment Those able to participates in the
