Willow Tree Care Center Job Description The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our skilled nursing residents. Duties and responsibilities: Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families. Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents to meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them. Qualifications 2 years of activity programming experience. 1 years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred. A love for seniors!
