Pharmacist for a travel job in Moab, Utah. Job Description &
Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health
Professional Start Date: 12/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per
week Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, flexible Employment Type:
Travel Required Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the
State of Utah Licensure to dispense controlled substances in the
State of Utah Medefis: 291053 This position is a full-time. The
following holiday scheduled are required to be covered,
Thanksgiving 11/26/2025 - 11/30/2025, Christmas 12/23/2025 -
12/28/2025, and New Years Eve & New Years Day 12/31/2025-
1/2/2026.\n\nAnticipated schedule: 40 hours/week, with variable
schedule to cover retail pharmacy operating hours.\n\nHours of
operation for Portal Pharmacy Monday - Saturday (9:30AM-8:30PM),
and Sunday (2:30PM- 7:30PM)\n\nThanksgiving 11/27/2025 (9:30AM-
2:30PM)\n\nChristmas Eve 12/24/2025 (9:30AM-6:30PM), Christmas Day
12/25/2026 (11:30AM-4:30PM)\n\nNew Years Eve 12/31/2025
(9:30AM-6:30PM), New Years Day 1/1/2026 (11:30AM-4:40PM) About
