Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 11/03/2025 - Duration: 12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate: 11/3/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2054.60 - $2251.31 Occupational Therapist need asap Provides assessment, treatment and education in the areas of independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning mechanics. -One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. -Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required. -Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred. -Current/valid state Occupational Therapist licensure is required. -BLS - American Heart Association. -Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). -Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association. Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Rehab Experience: 1 year OT-CO Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history -Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required.
