Unit Information: We specialize in providing care to Oncology
patients. We provide extra training to administer IV chemo to
nurses that are interested. We also care for a vast amount of
medical diagnosis including but not limited to respiratory
gastroenterological, cardiac, kidney and liver diseases. On our
unit, you will get to see a diverse population of patients to keep
you interested and always learning. Comradery is big as well in
with the interdisciplinary teams. We have oncology specific
education offered monthly by different levels of oncology
caregivers including bed side nurses, clinic nurses, our
oncologists, their APPs and more. We are a 32 bed unit with 4 that
can be ibed or step down. We can give chemo, care for patients that
have received oral radiation, patients that need admitted due to
complications related to chemo. We treat newly diagnosed patients
and help set them up for success moving forward. We treat comfort
care/ end of life patients. Behavioral based patients, dementia,
general med/surg such as respiratory, GI, GU, post surgical

Licensed RN pay scale: $36.71 - $56.17 Minimum Qualifications •
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of
practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state
of practice within 60 days of the start of employment. • RNs with
less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree
will be verified. • * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is
required as of the job description's last update on. Employees
hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum
requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or

for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent
