Pay Information $1,658 per week About The Position ID: 55398530 Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Description: SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The PACE Float RN promotes and maintains the health of participants in the community through teaching, counseling, and coordination of appropriate preventive and rehabilitative services with the PACE interdisciplinary team. They provide clinical nursing and procedural expertise by telephone or in person. This role provides technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills necessary to coordinate the scheduling, communication, and encounter documentation of all aspects of the plan efficiently and effectively for home care. The Float RN may also serve as back-up to the Clinic RN or HC RN as needed.
