coverage Description: The Primary Registered Nurse (RN) will have
an assigned caseload of patients and will lead the
interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. Care will be
provided wherever patients call home, including private homes,
nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities. Strong
clinical skills are essential, along with the ability to assess and
manage various diseases. This role requires excellence in
assessment and critical thinking. Hospice Nurses serve as
educators, helping patients identify their personal goals of care
and empowering caregivers. The position offers a weekday schedule
with four to five 8-hour shifts, along with occasional backup for
weekends and on-call responsibilities. Hospice nurses thrive in an
