Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Colorado
or ability to obtain prior to start date Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Must-Have:
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Competent to provide care as the
primary nurse in a Critical Access Hospital Healthy enough to
safely function in a low oxygen environment Description: The
Registered Nurse provides nursing care as part of an
interdisciplinary team. The nurse is responsible for delivering
high-quality patient care in a Med-surg unit. Responsibilities
include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of
patient care. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is
essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication
skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are
required. Candidates should be prepared for challenging, yet
rewarding experiences while providing care. Housing options may be
expensive, particularly during winter months, and travelers are
