*Position Title:* Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Therapist Travel Assignment*Location: *Grand Junction, CO*Duration: 13 weeks**Shift: *Nights, Weekends & Holidays*Qualification:** Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)* Current Physical Therapist license in Colorado (or compact eligible)* BLS certification (American Heart Association)* Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient or acute care physical therapy preferred* Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and patient communication skills*Key Responsibilities:** Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse inpatient population, including post-operative, medical, neurological, and orthopedic patients.* Deliver evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery, mobility, and discharge readiness.* Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.* Accurately document patient progress, outcomes, and discharge recommendations in the electronic medical record.* *Required to work weekend and holiday shifts.** *EMR Used - Meditech*Job Type: ContractBenefits:* Health insurance* Referral programMedical Specialty:* Physical & Rehabilitation MedicineSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 4x10* 5x8* 8 hour shift* Night shift* Weekends as neededWork Location: In personby Jobble
