Our LPNs are responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team at our community. A successful LPN has the ability to take direction and work well under stressful situations, as well having great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional. - The way our LPNs provide care is through kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting our residents' dignity and privacy.
