And instead of placing blame well learn and grow together.Your day .Department: Operating RoomShift: 10 hours/day Monday - Friday Variable days with call. some nights, weekends, and holidays.As a Cardiovascular OR RN you need to know how to:Recognize and address patients psychological and physical needsFoster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mindAssess a patients medical status upon admissionAssist in developing individualized treatment plansComply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelinesYour experience .We hire people, not resumes. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etcExpected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients.Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment.
