A small rural hospital in Northwest Colorado, is seeking a new addition to their corporate team in an experienced DO Physician and / or Medical Doctor to join their dynamic team! Salary Range: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 Annually (non-negotiable highpoint) The DO Physician and / or Medical Doctor Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
• Shift: 3 days clinic; 1(24hr) shift in the ER during the week
• No weekends currently
• 10% sign on bonus first year s annual salary
• 4% 401k match
• $5k relocation assistance
• $5k temporary housing
• Student loan reimbursementThe DO Physician and / or Medical Doctor Qualifications:
  • The DO Physician and / or Medical Doctor must be able to work in the ER as needed.

  • Standard schedule Monday - Friday during business hours
  • Will oversee all practice units, center, OBS, and clinic locations.
  • Ability to have a blended background and experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Hospital / Health Systems, MSO, ASC management.
  • Private Practice management experience is a plus. The DO Physician and / or Medical Doctor Requirements:
    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or similar setting, Master's Degree preferred
      • Must have at least 5 years of experience within the healthcare, for-profit management sector in operations and staff performance
      • Must have at least 5 years of experience overseeing operations for single or multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Centers
      • Must have strong BLENDED background in ASC, MSO, OBS, Private managementLocation:
