Mon to Fri - $3000.0/day
8am to 5pm Elective procedures ( NO STEMI)
$ 350.0/night beeper to cover for telephone call for cases done
during the day
$ 350.0/hr for coming to hospital.
Need coverage 12/26-12/30 and 7-10 days/month there after based on
provider availability.
