Account Manager Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for an Account Manager in our Energy Services group, located in the Grand Junction/Rifle, CO area.This is your opportunity to join a large growing company offering a competitive base salary, bonus structure and benefits. Leverage external network to pursue business opportunities within assigned territory.Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goalsInitiate and lead sales campaignsRegularly engage in Health Check (audit) of current accountsDemonstrate strong team leadership by actively participating in District/Regional/Corporate initiativesCollaborate in cross-functional projects within Nalco Champion, promoting the transfer of knowledge as well as the delivery of innovative processes and programsSupport/lead trial of new technologies and proactively show initiative by bringing ideas and new technologies to the DistrictDemonstrate versatility by calling on all levels of the customer organizationLead, coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives and managers on diverse topicsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAbility to travel within assigned sales territoryMust have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordNo immigration sponsorship offered for this roleUp to 10% overnight travel required to support sales territoryPhysical Demands: Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree2-5 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience2-5 years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business preferredExperience in oil and gas industry preferredHigh computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivationPrior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skillsAccount leadership experience that includes calling on multilevel plant or facilities management to accomplish company goalsPrior experiences that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy and self-motivationGood negotiation and problem resolution skills Working knowledge of Well Construction, Stimulation, Reservoir and Drilling Fundamentals About Nalco Champion:Discover how Nalco Champion helps fuel 550 million vehicles globally.
